Wonderful Spot!
Food was fantastic and fresh. A real nice little spot for a quick, but enjoyable lunch that isn't fast food. Staff was friendly, and loved that you could buy the same foods to bring home and have prepared meals for several days!

Lots of choice!
We came in not expecting this! It's a grocery and a place to eat. You select your food and they get it ready for you... lots of choice! If you like italian food, this is a great place for lunch!

Wonderful Experience!
I visited the restaurant with my wife and her sister. The restaurant is very well decorated. Wonderful ambiance! The staff is great and all the food amazing. Everything is baked fresh in store from scratch. I highly recommend this place.

One of my absolute favorite places to grab lunch in Halifax. You can't find a better smoked salmon sandwich on the peninsula, and don't even get me started on their lattes and desserts.
