Guest Chef Ivano Zambotti returns to the Italian Market on Saturday September 21, 2013 to demonstrate the preparation of a four-course menu inspired by the hit television series, 'The Sopranos'.

The menu for this session includes:

• Antipasto Misto (assorted Appetizers)
• Linguine alle Vongole (Linguine with Clam Sauce)
• Ossobuco (Braised Veal Shanks)
• Cannoli with Ricotta Cream

Chef Ivano will be demonstrating the preparation of dishes often enjoyed by the Soprano family and featured in the Sopranos Family Cookbook.

We are pleased to partner with Innovative Beverages who will be conducting the wine pairings for the evening.

Tickets are on sale now and space is limited.  $45.00 per person plus HST.  $10.00 for the wine tasting flight.  Other wines will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle (market priced).
